This year’s Radio Dictation of National Unity takes place on Tuesday, 27 October, the Day of Ukrainian Writing and Language. The text was written by writer and veteran of the russian-Ukrainian war Artur Dron.
This was announced by Suspilne. Artur Dron is the author of the poetry collection “We Were Here” and the prose book “Hemingway Knows Nothing”.
For the first time the dictation will be read as a duet: Ukrainian language and literature teacher Artur Proidakov and singer, public figure and volunteer Dasha Astafieva.
It can be heard and watched on Ukrainian Radio and Radio Culture, on Ukrainian Radio’s YouTube channel, on the Suspilne Culture TV channel and in the suspilne.radio and Diia apps.
During the dictation there will be a fundraiser for the Dronopad project of the Come Back Alive foundation. Last year more than 11,200 texts were sent in to be checked.
As a reminder, new books arrived in the school libraries of Myrotske and Syniak.
