The Diia portal is working normally again. The day before, some of its services were temporarily unavailable at the administrative service centres of the Bucha community.
This was announced by Diia on the evening of 13 October. That morning Bucha City Council warned about the restrictions.
According to the Ministry of Digital Transformation, the centres could not process the eMalyatko package for new parents, the eDeclaration, reports of damaged or destroyed property or compensation for it.
Also unavailable were extracts from the register of war veterans, war-related disability status, family member status of a fallen defender, booking funds under a housing certificate and draft deferrals.
Starlink registration and payments for the health screening for people over 40 were not working either. The Diia mobile app worked normally throughout.
As a reminder, Bucha’s residence register is working again after maintenance.
