The territorial community register of Bucha is working normally again. Staff of the residence registration department at the administrative service centre are resuming the full range of services after a technical break.

This was reported by the Bucha City Council.

Registering or deregistering a place of residence is available by appointment at the service centre. Extracts, replies to requests and other register services are provided as usual.

Residents can also register a place of residence, deregister or get an extract on their own in the Diia app or on the Diia portal, the council reminds.

The outage of the territorial community register affected more than Bucha. Registration services were also suspended in other communities, including Borshchahivka, where the register resumed work on 8 October.

As a reminder, at the end of September the Bucha service centre temporarily stopped issuing passports and registering places of residence.
