Passport services and residence registration in Bucha have been temporarily suspended. Without access to state databases, the Bucha City Council administrative service centre (TsNAP) cannot provide these services.

This was announced by Bucha City Council.

Two state registers are down — the demographic register and the register of the territorial community. The council links this to massive shelling and technical failures.

Temporarily unavailable:

  • issuing and handing over passport documents;
  • registering and deregistering a place of residence;
  • extracts from the register of the territorial community and replies to requests.

The council will announce separately when access to the systems is restored and appointments resume.

As a reminder, three people were killed in a day of attacks on Kyiv region, all of them in Bucha district.
