World Bank technical experts have inspected damaged buildings in Bucha as part of the HOPE project. In total, the project plans to overhaul 87 apartment buildings in the community that were damaged by russian aggression.

This was reported by Bucha City Council.

The clusters on Vodoprovidna and Tarasivska streets were inspected by Deputy Mayor Dmytro Cheichuk and a delegation led by Bekim Imeri, the World Bank’s coordinator for Ukraine and senior social development specialist.

The participants inspected the buildings due for restoration and agreed on how reconstruction will proceed. Particular attention went to an individual approach to each building, transparent communication with residents and a single concept for developing the areas.
