Mayor Anatolii Fedoruk has called an extraordinary 94th session of Bucha City Council. The plenary meeting will take place on 5 November at 10:00 at 61B Volodymyr Kovalskyi Street, with more than 146 items on the agenda.

This was reported by Bucha City Council.

The key items include support for the Defence Forces and security: changes to the national resistance and civil protection programmes, direct transfer of property and materials to the military, and subventions from the local budget.

A separate block concerns veterans and social protection. It covers expanding support programmes for defenders and their families, developing the Veteran PRO Bucha space and starting the design of a new veterans space.

Council members will also consider adjustments to the 2026 local budget, a concept for the Bucha industrial park and the start of work on a community development strategy to 2034.

The meeting will be open, and the council promises to post a recording on its YouTube channel after the session ends.

As a reminder, at the previous session in September, construction of Bucha schools No. 1 and No. 2 was unblocked.
