Of the 287 apartment blocks in the Bucha community, 65, or 22.6%, have used the state SvitloDim programme. Thirty of them are managed by the Buchaservis utility.

Bucha Mayor Anatolii Fedoruk reported this.

On 3 November the mayor met heads of homeowners’ associations, management companies and the Teplokomunservis utility. He thanked everyone involved in preparing for the heating season and urged building managers to apply to the programme more actively.

The relevant city council department will help with applications if needed. The meeting also discussed setting up resilience points in large residential quarters in case of prolonged power cuts.

The power supply situation is already difficult. The enemy continues its energy terror, so we must be ready for any scenario. And act together.
