The Irpin community received almost UAH 29 million in tax on real estate other than land in the first nine months of 2026. That is UAH 13 million more than in the same period last year.
This was reported by Irpin’s first deputy mayor Oleksandr Pashchynskyi.
Individuals who own housing paid the most: UAH 11.2 million. Companies owning non-residential property paid UAH 9.9 million, individuals with non-residential property UAH 6.7 million, and companies owning housing UAH 1.1 million.
Payments from companies grew fastest. For residential property they paid 2.5 times more than last year, and for non-residential property more than twice as much.
According to Pashchynskyi, the money helps the community support the defence forces and fund social programmes and infrastructure. Since the start of the year Irpin has spent more than UAH 150 million on defence needs, more than in the whole of 2025, when it allocated UAH 140 million.
As a reminder, this week Irpin allocated UAH 8 million to people whose homes were damaged by a missile strike.
