Sixty thousand Dutch tulips are being planted in Irpin. The bulbs were donated by Balthazar Breezand, Teeuwen Breezand, Amerlaan Breezand and J. Heemskerk De Zilk, and planting began on 13 October.
This was reported by acting mayor Anzhela Makeieva.
The NGO Fight for Freedom UA and the Hope4Ukraine foundation helped plant the bulbs. They have repeatedly supported veterans, internally displaced people and those most in need in Irpin.

As a reminder, in May 100,000 tulips, a gift from Dutch flower companies, bloomed in Bucha City Park.
