Interior Ministry service centre No. 3247 in Bucha now provides services without breaks for air raid alerts. A dedicated shelter has been fitted out and opened in the city for this purpose.
This was reported by Bucha City Council.
Normally, visitors are served in the main building at 1V Deputatska Street. When the siren sounds, the service moves to the shelter at 4 Bohdana Khmelnytskoho Boulevard and returns to Deputatska Street after the all-clear.
Almost all of the centre’s standard services are available in the shelter, from re-registering a car to issuing and exchanging driving licences. There is one exception: the theory driving test cannot be taken there, because it requires a specially certified computer exam room.
The centre is open Tuesday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00 and on Saturday from 08:00 to 15:45. Sunday and Monday are days off. Information is available by phone at (044) 290-19-88.
As a reminder, on 13 October an outage of the Diia portal made some services unavailable at administrative service centres in the Bucha community.
