Heat began to be gradually supplied to schools and kindergartens in the Bucha community on Tuesday, 20 October. The municipal heating company Teplokomunservis is already carrying out commissioning work.

This was reported by Bucha mayor Anatolii Fedoruk.

Heating in apartment buildings is tentatively planned from 1 November, depending on the weather. The main benchmark is an average daily temperature of +8°C or lower for three days in a row.

Heating tariffs for residents remain unchanged, the mayor stressed. The community continues to prepare so that the heating season runs smoothly.

Preparations for the winter, already the fifth under full-scale war, were discussed at an extended meeting of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities under the President, attended by Prime Minister Serhii Koretskyi and the head of the Congress Presidium, Viktor Mykyta.

As a reminder, according to our forecast, nights in the Bucha area are mild this week, at about +9…+10°C.
