Bucha has checked how accessible two of the town’s busiest spots are for wheelchair users: the entrance to the town park and the bus stop by the railway station. At the stop a high kerb completely blocks boarding onto low-floor buses.
Bucha City Council reported this.
The check was carried out by Bucha’s chief architect Vadym Naumov and Valentyn Oleksiienko, a veteran and inclusion expert who heads the Veteran PRO space.

As a reminder, Bucha became one of four pilot communities for the national accessibility plan.
