Ihor Lvutin, a defender from Bucha, has received a Minister of Defence award, the Cross of the Air Assault Forces. It was presented by the deputy commander of an artillery battery of the 46th Separate Airmobile Brigade.
Bucha City Council reported this.
Ihor Lvutin joined the defence of the country in the first days of the full-scale invasion. He served as a driver in the 46th Separate Airmobile Brigade of the Air Assault Forces.
Between 2022 and 2025 he was wounded three times. He repeatedly evacuated wounded soldiers from the battlefield under enemy fire.
He had earlier been awarded the Order for Courage, 3rd class. He completed his service in 2026.
As a reminder, in October three volunteers from a Bucha mobile fire group received Air Force awards.
