FC Kudrivka play LNZ in Cherkasy on Sunday, 11 October, in Round 8 of the Ukrainian Premier League. The match at the Cherkasy Arena kicks off at 13:00.

This was reported by FC Kudrivka.

The game will be shown on UPL.TV, and Bucha FM will run a live text commentary on this page: line-ups, goals, substitutions and cards.

Opponents who finished second

LNZ finished runners-up in last season’s championship, Kudrivka noted. This season the Cherkasy side have eight points from seven rounds and sit eighth, according to the UPL table.

Kudrivka still without a win

Kudrivka have two points from seven matches and are bottom of the table. In their last game, the rescheduled Round 6 match against Veres, they lost 2-1 in Rivne, despite leading at half-time thanks to Svitiukha’s goal in the 32nd minute.

After the match Kudrivka’s head coach Oleksandr Protchenko suggested that the players may have been under pressure because the team simply cannot get a win.

Late in the game in Rivne, Yevhenii Smyrnyi, the fans’ player of the month for September, had to come off after a knock to the knee. The club has not said whether he will play in Cherkasy.

Why this match matters to us

Kudrivka’s training base is in Buzova in Bucha district, and in the 2024/25 season the club played its home games at the Yuvileinyi stadium in Bucha.

As a reminder, Kudrivka face five Premier League matches in October, including a trip to Dynamo.
