Prime Minister Serhii Koretskyi has instructed the heads of all executive bodies to urgently form cybersecurity teams, buy software and put it into operation. This applies both to ministries and to local state administrations, including in the Bucha area.
This was announced by Serhii Koretskyi on his Telegram channel.
Serhii KoretskyiPrime Minister of Ukrainerussia is hitting our digital infrastructure as systematically as our energy sector. In September alone, around ten data centres were damaged in Kyiv.
According to the prime minister, cyberattacks are also intensifying: the enemy increasingly uses artificial intelligence, and among the main targets are state information systems and Ukrainian business.
Koretskyi said key digital agencies can already repel attacks that use artificial intelligence. He expects the same readiness from every state institution.
As a reminder, until 30 October you can take the National Media Literacy Test, which includes questions on cyber hygiene.
