A drone strike on an infrastructure facility in Bila Tserkva forced the city’s water supply to be shut off on the morning of 2 November. Water has now been fully restored.
Bila Tserkva City Council reported this, citing the Bilotserkivvoda water utility.
In the morning the utility warned that the city’s water supply would be cut within an hour and urged residents to stock up on water urgently. The supply was later restored using backup power sources.
Residents are advised to keep a supply of water in case of another outage. In addition, an energy infrastructure facility was damaged in an enemy drone attack in Bila Tserkva District, the Kyiv Regional Military Administration said.
