The underpass by the railway station in Irpin will be partly closed over the next few days. Ukrzaliznytsia is continuing repairs there and installing expansion joints.

This was reported by Oleksandr Pashchynskyi, first deputy mayor of Irpin.

On 1 October the tunnel will be closed from the Tsentralna Street side to the platform exit. Pedestrians will be able to walk from Antonova Street through the platform exit to the main entrance of the station.

On 3 and 4 October the section from the Antonova Street side to the platform exit will be closed. On those days people can get through from Tsentralna Street to the platform exit.

Those coming from Antonova Street are advised to take the street-level pedestrian crossing near the NOVUS supermarket.

The repairs on these sections are due to be finished by Monday, 5 October, when the passage will reopen for residents.

As a reminder, in August Irpin graded Sahaidachnoho Street, which used to wash out after every rain.
