The project for the Bucha Multi-Profile Hospital was presented in Kyiv on 30 September at Rebuild Health UA, the 3rd International Conference on the Recovery of Ukraine’s Medical Infrastructure and Human Capital. The new hospital in Bucha is planned for Polova Street.

This was reported by Bucha mayor Anatolii Fedoruk.

According to him, the hospital will have full outpatient and inpatient services. It will also have maternity and rehabilitation departments and an emergency department.

The community already has preliminary agreements with partners on funding the construction.

Our goal is broader than building one medical facility: we want to create a territorial hospital district in which the hospitals of Bucha, Irpin, Hostomel and other communities work as a single medical system for the whole region

Bucha’s presentation at the conference focused on the community’s development and opportunities for international cooperation. The hospital project was presented as part of the “Marathon of Medical Projects”.

As a reminder, in late September Bucha accepted a state subsidy to continue building schools No. 1 and No. 2.
