From 1 October the Buchatransservis shuttle buses to the Lavina Mall will run only on Saturdays and Sundays. Travel is free, with four trips a day in each direction. The route starts in Bucha at the Varshavskyi shopping centre.

This was reported by the municipal company Buchatransservis.

The buses are switching to a weekend schedule to carry passengers when demand is highest. Departures from Bucha:

  • Varshavskyi shopping centre — 12:00, 14:00, 17:00, 19:00;
  • Bohdana Khmelnytskoho Boulevard — 12:05, 14:05, 17:05, 19:05;
  • Heroiv Maidanu Street — 12:08, 14:08, 17:08, 19:08;
  • Hoholia Street — 12:19, 14:19, 17:19, 19:19.

Times at intermediate stops are approximate, the operator warns. From the Lavina Mall in Kyiv the buses head back to Bucha at 13:00, 16:00, 18:00 and 20:00.

Meanwhile, the company is looking for bus drivers with a category D licence, offering official employment, a benefits package and modern buses. Applicants can call 067 948 78 98.

As a reminder, in September the community’s fleet gained five more buses, bringing the total to nine.
