A school in one of the communities of Bucha district was damaged in an enemy strike on 8 October. Windows were blown out and the sports ground and playground were damaged.

This was reported by the head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration, Tymur Tkachenko.

At the moment of the strike the children and teachers were in the shelter. Nobody was hurt, the head of the region stressed.

He thanked teachers who, despite the war, stay with the children and keep teaching. According to Tkachenko, the russians are deliberately waging war on schools, children and civilians, and every such attack only proves it.

On the same day in Fastiv district, debris of an enemy target fell on the grounds of a kindergarten. The children had already gone home, but a watchman and a caretaker were injured and are receiving medical care.

As a reminder, earlier today an attack damaged a school and kindergarten and a playground in Sviatopetrivske.
