The programme runs at the Diia.Business entrepreneur support centre in Bucha and is aimed at two different levels — from an idea to scaling up.

The start of applications was announced by Bucha City Council.

Two tracks to choose from

The "Business beginner" track is for those with an idea who want to build a plan for it. "Experienced entrepreneur" is for owners of existing businesses seeking to stabilise or restore operations, introduce digital solutions or scale up.

Training is hybrid: in person in Bucha and online. There are four modules — from launch and operational stabilisation to digitalisation and scaling.

What else is included

Participants receive mentoring support and work on their own business plan, psychological support and resilience development, and a chance to present their project at a final pitching session.

Twenty participants will receive equipment or goods worth up to 4,000 euros each. The total support fund for the Kyiv region is 80,000 euros.

How to apply

Applications are open until 28 August 2026 through the form at rebuild2.com.ua.

The programme is run by Diia.Business in Bucha with funding from the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development and the alliance of German humanitarian organisations Aktion Deutschland Hilft, with support from ASB Ukraine.
