The Main Investigation Department of Ukraine’s National Police is looking for witnesses who may recognise the man in the photo or know where he is now, Bucha City Council reported.

According to available information, during the occupation of Bucha he was held for some time in one of the premises of section 2 of the Kontynent residential complex. The man’s name is probably Roman. It is also known that at the time he lived with a young woman named Anastasiia.

Investigators need to find the man himself or his relatives, or learn where he is now: this testimony is needed to document the crimes of the russian army.
