The main criterion of the review was alignment with the Medium-Term Plan of Priority Public Investments for 2027–2029, explained deputy head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration Nataliia Havatiuk. The plan was approved on 31 August and covers 12 priority sectors and 27 subsectors.
About 5.88 billion hryvnias from the regional budget is planned for the three years: 1.46 billion for 2027, 1.98 billion for 2028 and 2.44 billion for 2029.
What changed on the list
The council approved changes to 21 existing projects in housing, education and science, social services, public safety, sport and municipal infrastructure. Most of the changes, eight, concern the restoration of housing damaged by the armed aggression of russia.
At the same time, 76 projects in nine sectors were removed from the portfolio. The region wants to focus on projects with a real chance of getting funding.

As a reminder, in September Bucha mayor Anatolii Fedoruk looked for investment for the community in Seoul.
