Athletes of Bucha’s Koleso roller club have returned from the Czech Inline Freestyle Cup Olomouc 2026 with four bronze medals.
The results were announced by the club on Facebook and later by Bucha City Council.
The most successful was Yelyzaveta Tymofieieva — three bronzes in three disciplines: speed slalom, classic slalom and slalom battle. Andrii Prodan took third place in free jump, clearing a bar of 135 centimetres — a new personal best.
Who else competed
Marko Murenko finished fifth four times — in slalom battle, speed and classic slalom and free jump, where he set a personal best of 90 centimetres. Polina Andreieva was ninth in battle, tenth in classic slalom and thirteenth in speed slalom; Valeriia Yarova tenth in speed, thirteenth in battle and sixteenth in classic; Mariia Ihnatova fourteenth in classic slalom and nineteenth in battle.

The Czech Inline Freestyle Cup in Olomouc is the biggest inline freestyle event in Czechia. This year it took place on 31 July – 2 August at the Flora exhibition centre and had Prime Event two-star status from World Skate, the international roller sports federation. The disciplines were classic slalom, slalom battle, pair slalom, speed slalom in individual and team formats, and free jump.
For Tymofieieva and Andreieva it was not the only international start of the season: as members of the Ukrainian national team they competed at the Quixote Inline Freestyle World Cup 2026 in Spain — Tymofieieva was eleventh in classic slalom and ninth in battle among senior women, Andreieva thirty-ninth and thirty-third among juniors.
The Koleso roller club has been working in Bucha since 1 June 2015 — it teaches skating to children from the age of three and to adults, and its skaters regularly compete in Ukrainian and international events.
As a reminder, the Sports Academy in Bucha is recruiting young basketball players — coached by an Honoured Coach of Ukraine.
