These terms explain how Bucha FM radio and its site work, who owns the material you see and hear here, and who is answerable for it. By using the site you accept these terms.

1. What Bucha FM is

Bucha FM is a radio station and news portal for Bucha and the Bucha district: round-the-clock broadcasting, news from the town and neighbouring communities, event announcements, podcasts, shows and hosts. Listening and reading need no account. An account is only for saving stories and receiving the newsletter.

2. Who owns the material

News texts, collections, the design of the site and broadcast material belong to the Bucha FM newsroom. Photographs, video and other material received from residents, institutions, communities or other outlets belong to their authors and are used with a credit to the source. You may republish our material with a mandatory credit to Bucha FM — an active link, in the first or second paragraph of the republication.

3. Music on air

The broadcast consists of works transmitted under current agreements, with payments to collective management organisations for public communication. Recording the broadcast, re-uploading it or playing it on other platforms without the station's written consent is not permitted.

4. News, quotes and sources

Our news rests on primary sources: statements from communities and services, posts by officials, publications by other outlets, accounts from witnesses. We name the source and link to it. If you spot an inaccuracy, write to the newsroom — we will check and correct it, and a material correction will be marked in the story itself.

5. Photographs and illustrations

We take photographs from official sources — community press offices, official pages, our own shoots — and credit the author or source where it is known. If you are the author of a photograph and do not see your credit, write to us: we will either add the credit or remove the image.

6. Rights holder requests

If you are a rights holder and see your material on the site published without your consent, write to the newsroom address given in the footer. State exactly which material is concerned and what confirms your rights. We will consider the request without delay.

7. Your account

By registering you take responsibility for keeping your password safe and for actions taken under your account. One listener, one account. You may delete your account at any time on the Security tab; everything saved goes with it.

8. Comments and conduct

A comment is your own opinion, and the person who wrote it is answerable for it. We remove comments containing insults, threats, calls to violence, incitement of hatred or advertising, as well as those spreading hostile narratives or information dangerous to the safety of the community. Repeated breaches may close the account.

9. Availability and weather data

We do everything reasonably possible to keep the broadcast and the site running around the clock, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service: planned and unplanned stoppages, provider failures and circumstances beyond our control are possible. Weather data comes from the open Open-Meteo service and is given for reference only, without a guarantee of accuracy. Do not base safety decisions on it.

10. Changes to these terms

These terms may change. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last update at the top. The law of Ukraine applies to the relationship between you and the station.
