The Bucha community has officially taken ownership of a share of the Peremoha sanatorium in Vorzel — the property was transferred by the Kyiv Regional Council. At its 90th session, the city council accepted the share into communal ownership; it concerns part of the property complex, not the entire sanatorium.

The allocation has already been decided: the technical buildings go to the municipal enterprise Buchaservice, while the medical and administrative buildings are handed to the Social Policy Department. The logic is simple: property should work for residents, not sit idle on a balance sheet.

At the same session, the council allocated UAH 5.1 million in subventions to Ukraine's Defence Forces and another UAH 1.5 million to the regional budget to co-finance modular boiler houses for Babyntsi and Myrotske under the resilience plan.
